...not really "Van Gough-ish" I wanted to something different for Yori's birthday and then, saw this painting-effect and has been addicted so so so much! Anyhow, because of our crappy internet connection that made it impossible for me to log in in Livejournal, let's just do, the cross-posting!

For those who follows me on twitter, you guys know I have this very weird obsession to Frozen and I just love, I mean, love Queen Elsa! I was planning to make the colors darker but while tweaking, it looks way too dark.

A bird which I don't know what you call in English. I'm not really comfortable using my Nikon camera, thus, it made my shots all blurry. This is the only shot that passed on my very blurry eyes, and because I wanted it to be something like an Asian painting, yes, it ended up like that. For Hanson, I don't need to explain it that much ^^; Yori's birthday graphics and for this effect, I wanted to do it for Spicy Sol. Got lucky they uploaded a monotone image, but, honestly, it took me like 3 hours to finish it. And for Question?- 'nuff said.  ^^;

 and LJ's acting so weird (thanks for dreamwidth LJ-cross-posting thing.

I'm still not done cleaning and someone will check this table where I put my laptop.

For the second day of 2013, Yodogawa Yoshihiro (ex-Question? drummer) now have his very own twitter account, and he loves to tweet, take pictures of himself and the dogs, which made me extra happy and less cranky ^__^ I feel bad for the other members of Question?, but, seeing how Setunakuru-zu and Plan-B's success outside JE, I was hoping that Q? will follow, and start their own band, too (which I call "Answer!")  T_T

Second thing, my friend sent me some proposals for my photography business, and she's willing to help. I am totally happy because I'll be needing all the help, and how much I invested on this hobby, I should get a kickback, right? :P Anyhow, I wanted to this, rather being a technical help support, IT procurement or any other thing. I set my mind on this, and I just need to track the right path. Slowly but surely.

Oh, and I got a new camera. Still an entry level, but somehow, I'm starting to like it than Takki cos, it has 11-focus points, 14.2 megapixel (Takki is 10 and with 3 focus point), 4000 shutter speed. I'm still not sure how to edit the white balance temperature, but, yes, I'll be going there.

So, 2013 started good, so, hopefully, it'll last good. Now, it is time to make it a reality!

And, it is now, Renai Shashin. :D

 I am bad in expressing myself, so, I'm sorry if this would turn out a bit vague, but, let me just let this thing out.

I'm an Olympus user ever since the the start of the digital world. My first camera was an Olympus point-and-shoot digital camera in 7 Megapixels. Years after, I got my very first dslr, and it is Olympus E-420. At first, it was a very complicated camera, and so difficult to use, for the fact that I don't have any idea on how to use it, except when I first joined a photowalk last 2010. A little bit of that, I managed to get an idea about those "technical stuff" and that's the start of liking it. After my short course, I managed to love it more, as it gives crisp and sharp images when printed I totally love it. The battery of E-420 can even last for a week when it's fully charged.

The down part of Olympus E-420 are, aside from the fact that it's small, the LCD is also small, as well as the view finder. It only have 3 focus points. But those are only minor flaws, that can be disregarded. E-420 is an entry level camera that gives a perfect outcome.

Then, here comes my Nikon D3100 (I didn't buy it so I don't have any rights to be demanding ^^;) I totally love how it is, and how bigger its LCD compared to E-420. The viewfinder is also pretty big, and it has 11 focus points, 4000 shutter speed, and can record videos. It also flashes a mark if the focus is right. A bonus point for Nikon!

I guess, the down part is the kit-lens it has on it. My Olympus e-420 lens (14-42mm), I can only use it on close-up shots and such. It's pretty difficult to use the 18-55mm for close up.

I'm just used to Olympus, but, I'll give Nikon a chance. After all, it's not about the camera, it's about the user.
