I am bad in expressing myself, so, I'm sorry if this would turn out a bit vague, but, let me just let this thing out.

I'm an Olympus user ever since the the start of the digital world. My first camera was an Olympus point-and-shoot digital camera in 7 Megapixels. Years after, I got my very first dslr, and it is Olympus E-420. At first, it was a very complicated camera, and so difficult to use, for the fact that I don't have any idea on how to use it, except when I first joined a photowalk last 2010. A little bit of that, I managed to get an idea about those "technical stuff" and that's the start of liking it. After my short course, I managed to love it more, as it gives crisp and sharp images when printed I totally love it. The battery of E-420 can even last for a week when it's fully charged.

The down part of Olympus E-420 are, aside from the fact that it's small, the LCD is also small, as well as the view finder. It only have 3 focus points. But those are only minor flaws, that can be disregarded. E-420 is an entry level camera that gives a perfect outcome.

Then, here comes my Nikon D3100 (I didn't buy it so I don't have any rights to be demanding ^^;) I totally love how it is, and how bigger its LCD compared to E-420. The viewfinder is also pretty big, and it has 11 focus points, 4000 shutter speed, and can record videos. It also flashes a mark if the focus is right. A bonus point for Nikon!

I guess, the down part is the kit-lens it has on it. My Olympus e-420 lens (14-42mm), I can only use it on close-up shots and such. It's pretty difficult to use the 18-55mm for close up.

I'm just used to Olympus, but, I'll give Nikon a chance. After all, it's not about the camera, it's about the user.
